Workflow Report Panel
The Workflow Report Panel provides a per-asset view of changes that have happened (so far) in a workflow.
For each subject asset that was changed in the workflow, it shows a table with added and deleted statements, grouped by properties.
Whenever the workflow is still in progress and changes are introduced, the panel will update automatically to show the latest changes. Upon loading of the Workflow Report Panel, the user can filter out this data through different filters. By default, the below filters are available, but workflow report panel offers great extensibility for other filters to be included.
Filter on Predicate
Filter on Assets
Filter on Asset Type
Filter on Change Type
All data retrieved is held within the browser’s local cache, as this enables faster loading of data whenever a workflow is committed. There might be some edge cases where the cache data needs to be refreshed. For this purpose, a refresh cache mechanism has been put in place.
There are two options on how you can refresh the cache:
Access each and every workflow within the Workflow Report Panel and click the refresh button. Automatically this retrieves the data again and saves it back within the cache of the browser.
Click the Editor Settings Button and then Clear locally stored Workflow Report Panel Database. This option will delete all data found in the browser’s cache related to the workflow report.
Note
Retrieving data for panel population may take some time depending on the amount of data there is to be retrieved.
