Manage > Read-only

This option from the Manage Tab can be used to mark:

• the asset collection read-only which means that no edits are possible for anyone

• assets included from other collections as read-only. In this case, it is not possible to add values to them

• the asset collection protected, where any edits to assets must go through a workflow
