Manage > Allow editing Instances for this Ontology

This feature can be found on the Manage Tab for Ontology asset collections. If activated then users may edit all fields of all instances directly in this Ontology. Usually only editing labels and comments is permitted.

Danger

This feature should only be activated under exceptional use cases such as very small teams and small ontologies. Activating it will mean that performance of the whole system may degrade as the system may flush some internal optimizations after each edit. Instances should be stored in other asset collection types such as Data Graphs.
