Manage > Archive Working Copies on Commit
This option from the Manage Tab can be used to activate a mode in which committed workflows will be automatically archived.
Hint
By default, when a workflow is committed it remains in the same place as the change history, but only with a different status. This means the individual changes from the workflow will continue to be searchable yet also occupy space. As the number of completed workflows grows, so do the memory requirements, with potential performance implications.
Archiving a workflow will move its change history into a file in the workspace, releasing the memory from the change history graph.
Note
This option has precedence over the Manage > Record Triple Counts only option, i.e. the archive will contain the full history before being compacted.
