User-Friendly Enhancements for Domain Expert Collaboration

User experience remains a key focus in this release, with the introduction of integrations for Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. This functionality allows non-technical users, including subject matter experts and business professionals, to easily review and edit controlled vocabularies in a familiar spreadsheet format. Users can share these sheets with domain experts, validate their input directly, and seamlessly import feedback back into EDG.

Transition Support for Ontologists

For ontologists using EDG to manage data models, we are developing new features to simplify the transition from OWL-based platforms to SHACL. While these enhancements are planned for future releases, we encourage you to keep sharing your suggestions.
