New Button

The New button sits next to the Collections Button at the top of the screen. It opens a dialog where you can create new asset collections by various means:

• Create empty Asset Collection

  shows a list of available asset collection types and then opens the Create Asset Collection Page for the selected type.

• Create Multiple Asset Collections from TriG or Zip File

  is basically the inverse operation of Export > Export with Includes as a File.

• Import Asset Collections from Git

  makes it possible to create one or more asset collections from RDF files stored in a Git repository, assuming Git support has been configured.

The dialog shows additional features as listed below. Advanced users can add their own plugins into this dialog, using the Asset Collection Constructors extension point, see further reading.
