External System Integration Management Admin Page

The External Systems Integration page allows administrators to configure connections to external systems. Some features in EDG require a connection to an Amazon S3 bucket. This page is used to maintain the configured buckets. These buckets can then be used in the Attachments Panel, to Export to S3 from the Basket Button, Corpora, and Backup/Restore Admin Page.

• Bucket - the name of the Amazon S3 bucket

• Region - the bucket’s region

• Authentication type - Credentials or environment

• Folder - optional, for when using folders

Once the required information has been entered and saved, the Test Connection button is enabled, allowing the settings to be verified. If there any issues connecting to the configured bucket, detailed information can be found in the workspace logs.
