Modify > Add property shapes from Spreadsheet columns
This feature is available from the Modify Menu of classes or node shapes when you’re in an Ontology asset collection. It opens a wizard-like dialog that first asks you to upload a spreadsheet and then allows you to quickly create property definitions based on the columns found in that spreadsheet.
The input spreadsheet must have at least two rows. The top row must list properties. Other rows should contain data.
Select a file and click on Upload. The dialog will then suggest mappings to property definitions, including suggesting for datatypes. TopBraid will guess the type based on the data in the spreadsheet. You can there also specify if a column represents a relationship to instances of a certain class. Also adjust the property type to Label if a column contains names of your resources.
In that dialog, you can deselect any column for which you do not want to create property definitions.
After mapping you can click on Preview to examine property definitions that will be created and or click on OK to execute.
